About the Authors

Maureen McCoy is an award-winning open-water swimmer and former Irish 17km champion. In 2009 she swam the English Channel. Maureen enjoys outdoor swimming throughout the year and always keeps a swimsuit in her car! 

Paul McCambridge has been a photographer for over thirty-five years. He has exhibited his work nationally and internationally, winning many awards.
